  • We recommend you staff you booth from:
    • Wednesday, September 30, 1:15 pm – 3:00 pm ET
    • Thursday, October 1, 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm ET
    • Friday, October 2, 11:05 am – 1:15 pm ET
  • Be sure to set up meetings in advance with attendees you know you want to meet with. We have designated set appointment time, but you can schedule an appointment any time – it is not restricted to these hours:
    • Wednesday, September 30, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm ET
    • Thursday, October 1, 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm ET
    • Friday, October 2, 11:05 am – 3:15 pm ET
  • Have more than one booth rep available to chat with attendees.
  • Make sure all booth reps know how to use the platform and are ready to answer attendee questions.
  • If time allows, participate in the online chats in the sessions and in the attendee lounge to get more exposure.
