Join Jules Zach, P.C., the Legionnaire Lawyer, for this webinar, which will cover the duties that a water maintenance company has in preventing legionella propagation. Documentation is essential to avoid liability on the part of the water maintenance company. Documentation should include a written contract that spells out in detail the exact services that are being performed for the user, as well as all service dates, the reasons for the service etc., that was performed for the user. More important is the training that is provided by the water management company. This is particularly true where the equipment being provided is fairly sophisticated. Finally, the response of the water management company to problems that are being experienced by the user is also important in determining liability on behalf of the water management company.
