Booth Selection

Select space as shown on the floor plan.
For 10' x 10' booths, list only one booth number per choice.
For 10' x 20' booths, list two booth numbers per choice.
For 10' x 30' booths, list three booth numbers per choice.

You must select at least (3) alternate booth numbers. End caps are not available. For example: 901/1000 is not an acceptable booth selection.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received by June 7, 2019, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued.

There are no refunds for cancellations received after June 7, 2019.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AWT Headquarters, 9707 Key West Avenue, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850 - Fax: (301) 990-9771, or by email to bbienkowski@awt.org.
