Presentation Description:
A well-executed Field Service Report is a uniquely powerful tool. While the industry has evolved, Field Service Reports have remained the gold standard in communicating the critical details of the services you provide, the state of the system and recommended actions to follow. With the stroke of pen (or a few keystrokes), these documents not only regularly provide vital information about your program objectives and progress but simultaneously serve to protect your business from claims and litigation. A well written report can eliminate “red light swearing contests” by telling the story of the system, the services you have provided and whether your recommendations were read and followed.
